x86?
So i accidentally installed a 32bit program WoW in the regular Program Files folder on Vista Home 64. Will it not run correctly in that folder? Can i just move it once it is installed?

No you can't just move it since there are probably tons of registry entries pointing to the current location.
And, it shouldn't matter what folder its installed in. What do you mean when you say it doesn't run correctly?

I installed it in the program folders for 64bit programs apparently. Havent got a chance to try it to see if it works. I heard i was supposed to install in program files (x86) which is 32bit from what im hearing.

Try running the app and see what happens.
If it has issues - UNinstall it and reinstall it.. |

Where a program is installed has little to do with how a program runs. There is no hard & fast rule that 32 bit programs must be installed only in a particular directory for it to work in the right subsystem (32 or 64 bit). The library calls and other system calls will determine how the program runs. It's just a folder location .. there is no 64 bit part of the hard drive.
