how to make app avail 4 multiple users

Got new laptop: Dell 64bit w/ Vista Home Premium. While logged on as Admin, I installed older copy of MS Office 2003. 2nd user can't access Office. How do I make that app available for all users?
BTW-researching the use of different security suites, I thought I read that MS's OUTLOOK is unusable w/ Vista. T or F? Thanks

Outlook 2003 works fine with Vista.

There is a folder called USERS...You need to copy the short cuts from YOUR user account to the ALL User folder.
