"Sticky Graphics"
My computer seems to have slowed slightly and the graphics instead of being smooth seem to have a slight delay i.e. while I am typing this, and be 'shuddering' when opening a new page.
Sorry for the whacky description, but does anyone have any suggestions what could have caused this? The problem (co-incidentally) seemed to occur at a similar time to installing a new Epson printer and windows doing an update. However, following a system restore which resstored the computer to before these events, there seems no change I'm running Vista Home Premium and have checked for viruses and malware.

Open up task manager and see if there are any processes that are hogging the CPU
