Ease Of Access

Before vista sp2 there was a utility called ease of access disabler to disable ease of access on the windows login screen to prevent people from playing with theme settings. Now i updated to sp2 and it seemed to break it. Trying to reinstall ease of access it tells me the OS is not compatible.

Its vista 64 bit sp2...worked with sp1.

Is there any other way to remove that button from the login screen? Registry setting? Group policy? I can't seem to find much.

Thanks
