Nope.
1) I don't have a PC that slow and
2) VISTA is more of a RAM hog, than WIN7 is.

Vista does and will....

When I was beta testing Vista I put it on all kinds of rigs...the slowest being a P-II 266mhz rig with 64mb ram...

I had to use one of the very early DVD (4Xs) drives to get it to install and it did..it took a long time...I dont remember how long but it was long...

it took a good while to boot as well...I remember something like 15 minutes to fully load...and everything worked fine but was real slow....

it ran alot better with 128mb ram as I remember and I also got Vista aero running on the rig with a MX-400 with the hack....

Win7 installs on Socket A rigs with no issue either...runs very nice with 256mb ram...I installed build 7100 pretty easy...

if you have played with Win7 at all it shouldnt surprise you...it's just Vista that works...and works well...

I have had NO issues so far other than annoying ones but it works fine for me...I installed it twice yesterday on 2 rigs and not a single hiccup
