Any way to retain Restore Points when dual booting?

Hi

Is there any way I can retain my Windows 7 restore points when I boot to Windows XP?

For example can I back up my restore points to a folder so that they can be restored after I return after booting to XP?

If so where are they saved?

Mike

I haven't read the whole thing...The same thing should apply to Win7.

No restore points are available when you use Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008 in a dual-boot configuration together with an earlier Windows operating system
