Accounts not showing up
I wanted to get your opinion on this guys, i'm starting a new side business for myself while i'm in school doing tech work on computers, and i have a hopeful client that ahs a peculiar problem. I haven't seen it before when i used to work on computers. She bought her computer a few months ago with Vista installed and she had the tech guys at the store set it up for her. She had them put 2 password protected accounts on there. She said that recently, when she turns on the computer, only her husband's account shows up, not hers. Now i haven't seen the computer yet, but from what she has told me thus far, which is what i have written, what do you think it could be, and how can i fix it?

Is the welcome screen enabled or disabled? If it's disabled, users would have to type in their username (but the last username that was logged in will appear in the textbox)

She said that welcome screen used to come up with 2 icons, one for her and her husband. Now lately, it's only showing her husband's icon.
