Win 7 32 or 64? upgrade or full?

I ordered the parts and need a little help deciding on the OS. I'll be installing Win 7 RC and need to know which one to DL 32 or 64. Here is the mobo/cpu I ordered: AMD Phenom II X3 and ASUS mobo

Also, do I pre-order the upgrade or or do I need to purchase the full version. I don't have a version of XP for this box.

MS is offering Win 7 upgrade for $10 for retail package product. Does this Amazon offing Vista Home premium meet requirements?

Thanks in advance.

You have to have a qualifing OS in order to upgrade....Meaning they give the discount to people that own XP or Vista...AND, you can't upgrade from the RC version. It'll require a full reinstall when you get your new dvd.

Get the 64 bit if you'll be running 4gigs of ram or more...
