Critical Blue Screen Of Death problem

I have a Blue Screen issue that is different. I have the Blue screen that shows the options ESC=Boot Meun, F1=SETUP and F10=RECOVERY. The problem is none of the options work. It is like the keyboard isn't responding. I have tried using different keyboards but no response.

Any ideas?

Are you sure you have a REAL BSOD? Some of the more treacherous infections out there are using a fake bsod as a screen saver and even have a fake XP reboot screen too.
