Angry Fire Vista Ultimate Problems

I'm running Vista Ultimate 64bit edition with all the latest updates and drivers on the following system:
-Evga X58 LGA 1366 Mobo
-Core i7 920
-Cooler Master V8 CPU cooler
-Corsair TX1000 PSU
-Two 6GB kits of OCZ Gold DDR3 1600 (2X3GB)
-2 XFX 260GTX Black Edition in SLI
-500GB WD Caviar Black HDD
-DVD+/-RW Drive

About two months ago, I began experiencing an issue where my computer would lock up and display a checkered/polygon filled screen during gaming (World of Warcraft). Everything including keyboard and mouse would be locked up and the sound would loop. I've been playing for five months prior to that on the same system without any problems.

I figured that it must be my video card or overheating... monitored the temps while gaming and they were fine... never above 50C. So I figured that maybe it's a vid mem issue. Tried two other video cards in the computer and had the same results. Checked RAM, each stick individually... all good.

*Today I realized that there are events saved in Windows EventViewer that coinside with the crashes. I get the following critical errors:

1.) Event ID 2: Source: Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Processor-Power
"Performance power management features on processor 0 are disabled due to a firmware problem. Check with the computer manufacturer for updated firmware."
(There is an error logged like this for processors 0-8 at the same time).

2.) Event ID 10: Source: Microsoft-Windows-WMI
"Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected."

3.) Event ID 7000: Source: Service Control Manager
"The NVR0FLASHDev service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified."

4.) Event ID 15016: Source: Microsoft-Windows-HttpEvent
"Unable to initialize the security package Kerberos for server side authentication. The data field contains the error number."

Can anyone please help me? I'm running out of options
