new build Vista CD ???
I have a new build with a new clean HD I have been out of the PC loop for awhile.
Question is Can I buy a Vista install CD ?? I can,t seem to find anything but repair & upgrade CDs thanks and stay safe db |

Yes. Check Newegg. Unless it's for a business use, I'd consider downloading the Windows7 RC1 and using that until the final comes out in the fall.

Save yourself $10. Buy Vista now with the upgrade coupon. 7 Home Premium will be selling for $120 when it's released.
