win732bit and xp64bit dualboot security

ok ive had xp 64 bit installed for some time now, and ive dual booted with vista and xp before but ive come across a problem i have not seen before. After i install win7 i restart ,my pc to boot xp 64bit i punch in password and it boots, But an error pops up and says it doesn't have permission to access My documents or Desktop so i get a screen with nothing to access but to look at the screen saver, so i booted win7 went into the xp harddrive and found icons of locks over
-documents and settings/administrator/my documents
-documents and settings/administrator/Desktop

so i right clicked one and clicked properties and went to the security tab, and im not to sure but i think i have to add the xp administrator but not to sure how unless there is a way of getting rid of those locks all together?

hope someone can help
