WMV Firefox Plug In error

When trying to view movies at tbs.comI get error...

XMP Firefox Plugin Download...
You are missing a plugin required to watch videos on TBS.com in Firefox.
Please click here to run the plugin installer and upon completion, restart the browser.

I installed recommended plugin wmvfirefoxpluginsetup.exe (browser and all apps closed) and I get error

1628: failed to complete installation

I killed a process called msiexec.exe as recommended by a website using cmd which was successful but I still get the error when I attempt the installation.

I am using Windows Vista 64Bit.

Any help appreciated
Thanks
Dave

Solution:

I viewed the same website in IE and I allowed it to install the program required to view the videos.

Firefox then worked ok.

Unfortunately I wasn't troubleshooting at the time so I do not recall the name of the application that was installed neither was it saved.

I guess the IE equivalent of the FF version.
