block internet access
Hello all
I have a laptop with vista used occasionaly by many different people . So i created one administrator account ( me  ) and many restricted users .What i want to do now is compeletely block internet access for only one of these accounts . Everyone else should have internet access but this one account . And i want it to be blocked , no matter which access point or router the laptop connects to . How could i do that ?
