Angry Fire Windows Explorer Restarting
Hello, Ever since i bought my computer i go to control panel and go to uninstall something and my windows explorer restarts all the time even when im going to uninstall a program and now im thinking that the programs i went to unistall aren't fully unistalled now, Can someone help me to stop it from restarting and also my specs are

Windows vista home premium service pack 1 32 bit OS
