Question Windows 7 security Question......?

I logged off my PC, then 5 hours later came home and booted up my PC with Windows 7 on it and some of the files and icons on my desktop had a padlock on them, not sure why. Can anyone shed any light on this & whats it for or why it happened? Thank you inadvance.

Captn,

Microsoft does have an official Windows 7 RC Support Forum located here http://tinyurl.com/9fhdl5 . It is supported by product specialists as well as engineers and support teams. You may want to check the threads available there for additional assistance.
