Installing win7 on an asus eee 900

I have an Asus 900a that I have upgraded to 2G 0f DDR2-667 and the SSHD to a whopping 32G.
I currently have Ubuntu 9.04.
I have an ,iso for win7 I downloaded awhile back and I'd like to install it here. No optical drive, of course, so can you recommend a program to convert the iso to a bootable .img file? Then i can load it to a SD card like I did with the Ubuntu proggie.
Thanks for any advice.

So what I have done is formatted a 4G SDcard with NTFS, then extracted the .ISO files to the SD card. Set the eee to boot fom the sd and all I get is a blinking cursor. Exploring the card the files look fine. It just doesnt seem to find the "setup.exe" file. What should be my next step?
