Windows 7 Question

With windows 7 coming out I noticed there's 3 versions that I could choose from. I'm talking about OEM, Upgrade, and Full. I'm going to be installing it on a new pc and have a few questions
.

1. If I buy the upgrade version, I have a windows vista disk from a year old laptop, would the upgrade disk work with my new pc that would be empty, or does it require vista there first and could i install my vista disk (would be second pc) then on it to install windows 7.

2. would you recommend OEM, I'm not sure if I'm going to be changing my PC parts and i dont want to be stuck with a dis-functional OS.

1- You need an activated Vista OS to be able to install Windows 7 Upgrade.
2- If you ever decide to change the motherboard then you will have problems installing the OS. The OEM OS is tied to the motherboard that it is first installed on. In other words it is your choice but my personal preference is to get the full retail version.

EDIT: Ok so it looks like my vista license is OEM, so i cant to the upgrade disk.

Seeing that as long as i dont get a new motherboard, my OEM will work, I'm considering getting it unless anyone has a reason not to.

1) If this lappy is a Dell, then the Dell cd will Only work on a machine that has a Dell BIOS.

2) It would be illegal to install on another pc.

3) Even if the first two aren't true - the lappy needs to have a different OS installed since you know about not using the same key code on tow different machines.

Another reason I would be against getting the upgrade version is this, if you want to re-install Windows 7 from scratch you would have to first install the Vista OEM version, re-activate the Vista version and then install Windows 7 again. Of course this would be negated if you make a backup of your system once you have Windows 7 installed. You could then simply restore your backup whenever you felt the need to.
