Difference betwin build and retail versions
What is the Difference in the Retail and Builders versions of Win 7?

Difference is that packaging the Retail Version of Windows 7 is in a pretty package and the OEM Version is not. Also you won't get any support with the OEM version where you probably will with the Retail Verson. I also think (someone correct me if I'm wrong) the OEM version isn't transferable to another computer, meaning that if you have the computer for a while decide to build another computer you won't be able to transfer Windows 7 to that computer.
