Win 7 - "Problem Steps Recorder" (PSR)
Have you seen it by any chance?
Click on Start->Search and type: PSR It allows you to step through situations - and it Records screen shots along the way - and types out stuff - Like: User left double clicked Then you click the STOP button - it launchs a Save As box and automaticallly saves and ZIPS the file... Check it out
