Help mswinsck windows 7

I was trying to help someone get mswinsck.

He has Windows 7 64bit.

How do you register the ocx?

READ THIS BEFORE REPLY
We tried:

Same folder as file that requires it,
Start > CMD > regsvr32.exe %systemroot%\system32\mswinsck.ocx
Start > Type CMD > Right click > Run As Admin > regsvr32.exe %systemroot%\system32\mswinsck.ocx

I try these on my Vista and works..

It keeps saying it's not found:

[Window Title] RegSvr32 [Content] The module "C:\Windows\system32\mswinsck.ocx" failed to load. Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependent .DLL files. The specified module could not be found. [OK]

Update:

Moving MSWINSCK.OCX to the C:\Windows\SysWOW64\

regsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\MSWINSCK.OCX

worked
