Can't uninstall, change or repair

Running Vista ultimate. When I go to add remove programs and select a program to uninstall no options appear. This happens no matter what program I select.

This is a fresh clean install of the OS on a new HDD. I don't know if this option was there when I first started or not.

Thanx

What happens when you click on a program and then click the UNinstall button at the top of the window or Right click on the program and select UNinstall?

PS...It isn't called add/remove anymore

The Option to Uninstall, change or repair does not appear at all. When I right click nothing happens at all. No window opens.

Yeah, I know it's called "Uninstall a program". Old habits, you know....

The program you try to work with completely controls what you see when you click on it.

OFFICE should give you all three options-> Uninstall/Change/Repair

JAVA Runtime will only show uninstall or change

MS Silverlight will only show Uninstall
