desktop shortcut wizard broken
I have Windows Vista Home premium and today I find that if I right click on the desktop and select New>Shortcut it does nothing!?! I'm scratching my head over this because I haven't installed anything in awhile and it has been awhile that I ever made a desktop shortcut, Any fix for this?

You should get a wizard on making a shortcut.
If you want to make a shortcut of something, usually you just right click on it and create shortcut

The right click on something works it's the one that you get to by right clicking on the desktop under the folder. that does nothing. I have looked around the net but found little help.
