Annoying popup about UAC
Hey,
I have disabled the User Account Control in Vista. Every time when I restart, there is a popup from "Windows Security Alerts" in my desktop tray informing me to turn it back on. Is there an option to disable this alert? If I disable this in msconfig in the startup section, would that disable the windows firewall? I hope the question is clear. Thanks for your help! Dave

Look in the Security Center for the option "How/when to notify me" and turn off the notice.
