I want to make a back-up copy of a legally licensed Windows 7 Enterprise disc. I am helping a small company install these on their pc's (50 licenses) and since the disc may see more use I want to have a back up or possibly use the back up to install with and keep the original kept free of scratches etc.

Ok, so I tried to use Nero and I get an error that it won't copy it. I tried CDburnerXP and it copies it but I get an error when I run the copy saying Sources\SPWIZENG.dll is not a valid windows image and Autorun.dll is not loaded or corrupt.

I there something I need to do to get this to work?

Try imgBurn

Are you trying to copy the files straight across or are you burning it as an ISO image?

Thanks, image burn did the trick. I was just trying to do a disc to disc copy before.
