Windows 7 - Can't Change Desktop Wallpaper
I have the 64-bit Home Premium version, on a custom built Intel based computer, and I can't seem to change the desktop background. When I select a picture and click "set as desktop background" it says their is an internel error.
Windows 7 reinstall didn't help. Any ideas? |

What is the file type of the pic you are trying to save a desktop background?
