Vista to 7 - Logon failed
Dad upgraded Dell Studio laptop (Vista originally) to Windows 7. Now it will not logon at all.

It accepts the password then "the user profile server failed the logon. The user profile cannot be loaded" comes up.

Stumped. Help would be great, thanks.
