Yes I am running the latest Bios. I did get it working. I rebooted and went into the bios and snooped around when I left I didn't save anything just in case and booted back into windows. Now it shows all 8 gigs usable and in performance it show 8 gigs with 6.5 available. I guess I should have went into the bios after installing the memory to make it official. Thanks

You sure 64-bit got installed?

Right click on "Computer" > Properties.

What does it say for the Windows information?

AS I posted earlier, I went into the Bios and back into windows and System is showing all 8 gigs working right now. IT says 8187 total, 5886 cached, 5805 available, now remember the numbers are changing as i type , but all is good. Like I said I should have went into the Bios after a memory upgrade anyway. Thanks
