Dual boot 7 Vista question

I have set up a dual boot system (7, Vista)

When I get the option screen to choose what OS to boot I get...

Microsoft Windows Vista
Windows 7

Can I somehow change this to...

Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

TIA.
