Prompt to Hit F1 during bootup

When i bootup my pc before it gets to windows 7 i am prompted to hit F1 to continue. The reason i think it is asking me to this is because i dont have a floppy drive. Is there anyway to disable this option so i am always not prompted to hit F1 everytime on bootup?

Thanks

Look in the BIOS for the option to disable the floppy...(doubt this will help) On the oterh hand - sometimes just going in the BIOS and "saving" the setting will help on the F1 deal.
