Question Can't open any program using Windows Vista.
I have a Dell Inspiron 1545 (2.00 GHz, 3 GB memory, 32 bit). I am using Windows Vista Home Premium, SP1. The problem is that when I try to open any program (either on the desktop or in “all programs”, I get a window that says “Choose the program you want to use to open this file.” How do I correct this problem? Thank you.
