Question New laptop Windows 7 - no reinstall discs?

So, I just bought a new laptop tonight with Windows 7 and noticed that it didn't come with the OS disc to reinstall if something goes horribly wrong and I need to restart fresh. I wasn't about to pay the guys at Best Buy an extra $100 to do it for me, but I can't seem to figure this out.

Can anybody help? Thanks.

What brand is your laptop? Is there a built in back up program that will let you burn your own disks? I know Asus does it that way.

It's a Toshiba.

Maybe I just need to keep looking. I know that when I bought my last one (Acer) it also had a program...it was just easier to find.
