HI Folks: I lost my HD in a big crash, so I installed a new HD on my Dell Insprion 1720 laptop.
I had to get Dell tech to do install of MS Vista. This is fine since then I've being updating Windows and Microsoft Office 2003. Everything was working well until this morning. When I got my email yesterday I could activate the hyperlinks to email sender websites. Today I can't, I get this Outlook message "The operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. please contact your system administrator" Windows and Microsft Office is fully updated. I tried on yesterday emails that connected me to their sites and today I could not link to their sites or anybody else. Internet Explorer 7 hyperlinks work OK. Would any of you good folks know how to solve this mess. Thanks |
