WIN7 and Office 2007
Hey guys,
I just bought a new Asus K60 Laptop. It came with Win7. I also bought MS Office, but the version I bought didnt come with Access and the classes I am taking now will require access at some point. What version should I get and where would you guys recommend getting it, this military budget isnt easy to incorporate expensive software... Any fellow military out there know if we get a discount through the DoD or college program? Thanks for the input.

If you're enrolled in college, yes, you can get an educational discount. Or, some schools subscribe to an MSDN program, and you can get your MS stuff for free.
Check with the college IT dept

If I'm not mistaken, open office has a data base program that is compatible with Access. Its free also. http://www.openoffice.org/
