Adobe pop up

On I.E I keep getting a pop up that Adobe Flash Player needs to be installed. If I go into the security settings to change it I get nasty-grams saying my security level is too low. How can I prevent the Adobe Flash player from popping up all the time?

You could just install the flash player.

Yes: Flash Player is more or less necessary for browsing now days.
