The Virus make your access permission disables. Whenever you are click the exe files or you are trying to open Control panel a message come like “Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item"

Is this an informational post or are you asking how to remove it? If it is a question I recommend coming with some more information about your computer too, ex. OS (most likly XP judging by the SS) etc.
