sleep button

Hello, I'm running win vista x64 and I had to restart the PC couple of times because of a problem with graphic card.
the issue is that now the sleep button doesn't show anymore , just shut down and restart.
suggestions please. thanks

What was the problem with the graphics card? Sleep functions tend to not work the best in Windows, I just turn my monitor off when I'm not at the computer but want it running. (such as when I want to run F@H while I'm at school right now)
