Thanks to Mike Moss!!!

This is an amazing program he found. I just got Win 7 pro, I was happy with it untill I wanted to modify an .INI file in one of my own programs. 7 said the file did not belong to me. Errgghh!

I did some fighting with trying to do it myself and gave up. I got really confused, aand thought I may have screwed somnthing up. I was about to reformat and searched pc mech. Mike Moss posted this link in one of his threads. I found it so easy I thought it should be in a Title.

Anyway I ran it on the windows folder too. I was so happy it worked, and it worked great! Awesome program for the simple folk like me.
