Event viewer error

I noticed the other day in my applications section of my event viewer I have ton of these errors

Level error Source CAPI2 Event ID 11

Failed extract of third-party root list from auto update cab at: http://www.download.windowsupdate.co...uthrootstl.cab with error: A required certificate is not within its validity period when verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed file.
.

My OS is Vista Home premium, I can click on the link above and download the file but I don't know if that would do more harm then good and I tracked it back and see that it started like a couple weeks ago so I don't no if it was some windows update that didn't go throw or what

usually the CAPI2 errors are from Anti-virus....

you might have to start uninstalling things untill you find the app doing it...
