Windows 7 taskbar dissapears after inactive
I had this problem in several occasions, and fixed it by stopping the Explorer using Windows Task manager under Processes, and opening it later under Applications New Task. But the real question is why is this happening? It seems to me that it relates to Power Management and the Screen Saver. Y have changed to a Windows screen saver and apparently the taskbar does not dissapears again.
I will like your comments, because investigating this case I found that many W7 users suffer this situation. Thanks for your input. Hmalar |

Right click on the Taskbar and go to Properties. UNcheck the "Hide Taskbar" option
