Laptop with Win 7 doesn't see my usb camera or mp3 player
Hello, I am not sure where to post this.
But my new laptop does not see my camera or mp3 player when I plug them into the usb port. My XP sees them fine- they just show up as a drive under my file folders listing. So I am very new with Win 7. I went to "add a device" but it just kept searching and searching- it seemed to just get stuck. (just fyi, My MP3 player has an sd card. My laptop has an sd card-reader. It reads the card just fine.) thanx!
