Booting problems

Today i booted up my pc fine with no problems then as i was doing something which i cant remember my pc froze. I tried to restart windows with my keyboard and usb devices plugged in still but it didnt even go to the splash screen. I took out the usb devices and just left my ps/2 keyboard in then it booted but as soon as i plugged in a usb device (my mouse) it would BSOD and give me BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER or it would work and i would have both connected then i would try put in my headset usb device then it would just freeze or give me the same bsod error. After i would have this bsod error id remove the usb devices and leave the ps/2 in and it wouldnt boot. Its completely random, but one thing is when i have the usb headset in then it doesnt boot at all and it always freezes the pcs. I tried also different keyboards not working and i tried a ps/2 mouse it got to the splash screen a few times but the sata wouldnt be detected. I really dont know whats going on becuase it was working the day before that fine and i didnt install any dodgy software. I also tried uninstalling the usb ports and letting windows refind them but as soon as i tohught it worked having the ps/2 keyboard and usb mouse in it froze when the usb headset was connected. Oh one more thing i tried connecting the audio cable of the speakers in the green jack and it gave me a bsod saying i should do a chkdisk errr.

You don't say that you tried reinstalling or updating the drivers for your mouse and keyboard.

I would at least give that a try.

If you have a restore point from a few days ago I would try that too.
