Annoying popup over taskbar
I'm using the Windows Classic theme in Windows 7. I'm wondering how to disable the box that pops up that has the name of the window you are hovering over, with a little x to close it. It's like the box that has the thumbnail, only without the thumbnail. I've looked everywhere, and can't figure it out. Maybe a registry entry? Thanks
