Error 0xc0000225 on win 7 install!!!

I just put together a custom built comp and I am trying to install win 7 64-bit full version on it but I keep getting this error message (0cx0000225) right after the extracting files screen. the hard drive I'm installing it to is completely blank so i dont know what the problem is. I've been looking around on other forums but can't find anything relating to my issue. I hope someone here can help me, I spent over $1000 on this comp and now I can't even get it to work and its really frustrating

Full specs on your system, please - with brands and models of the components.

This is possibly pointing toward a ram problem. I would run ram diagnostics.
