Un-Partioning my 120gb HD

Hi I have a hard drive (WDC WD1200JB) it was setup as 50% C: and 50% D:. As the C partition has only 4.5GB left, 26.7GB remains on the D: drive.

I have a couple of options:

1) Buy a bigger HD

2) re-format after backing up the Data from this HD and re-install by having only the one drive (no partition)

3) Find a program (if they exist) that will allow me to delete the partition on my HD leaving me with only the one C: drive.

Any helps/advise would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
