wat drivers i need after fresh windows 7 install?

- I reformated my entire laptop and install windows 7 professional 32 bit,but i don't know where to get drivers for my laptop
- Acer Aspire TimelineX AS3820TG-7360 is my laptop

i see drivers for my laptop in ACER website but in the Drivers section in they listed 3 different types of 3G drivers, 4 different types of bluetooth drivers, 2 different types of touch pad drivers, 3 different types of VGA drivers and 3 different types of Wireless lan drivers, am i suppose to download everything they posted there if not which drivers do i need to install do i need to download?
