Printer using different OSs followup (GLC)
On another thread GLC made this statement

1. Correct, as long as drivers are available for each OS.
2. Nope. You install it as a local printer on each machine, using a print server port or standard TCP/IP port instead of a USB or LPT port. You do not share it. The computers do not have to be formally networked with print and file sharing, they just have to be connected to the same router. |
