Have you tried to uninstall those items with yellow exclamation marks?

OK, you can just disable them. Right click on them and select "Disable".

I'm not sure about the Teredo one. AVG might have put that one there. I had a problem with a customer at the shop: he installed the latest paid version of Avast and it loaded a networking driver that was conflicting with the system, and he couldn't get on the Internet, even after uninstalling Avast. I uninstalled the driver installed by Avast and things went back to normal.

Regarding the ISATAP one, I think I've seen it in about two laptops and even M$ reports that such driver will always have an exclamation mark (they haven't fixed whatever the problem is) but that there's no problem with it; you can just ignore it.

Have you googled for the ISATAP?

Teredo and ISATAP are only used by IPv6. You don't need it, disable them.
