Enabling and Disabling Dynamic Content Help

I have searched all over for the correct answer but haven't found it yet. When I visit this one site, [url=http://wtxsteel.com[/url], it gives me an error and says this:

The site you are trying to view does not currently have a default page. It may be in the process of being upgraded and configured.

Please try this site again later. If you still experience the problem, try contacting the Web site administrator.

If you are the Web site administrator and feel you have received this message in error, please see "Enabling and Disabling Dynamic Content" in IIS Help.
To access IIS Help

1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open text box, type inetmgr. IIS Manager appears.
3. From the Help menu, click Help Topics.
4. Click Internet Information Services.

I can visit from my phone and it shows the site just fine! I can visit from other computers somewhere else but from mine at home, it give me this error.

I looked it up in help and at microsoft. No answer fits. And I called both the hosting company to the website and my ISP and they say it's not on their end.

Anyway! Anyone have a clue how to fix this or how to enable or disable the dynamic content?

I have Windows Vista. HP media center pc. AMD 64 live. 3g mem.

It's working here.

I'm guessing it was down right when you visited it, and came back up. Try reloading the page in your browser.

It only happens on my computer here at home. I can pull it up fine with my phone and on other computers in other places.

Try clearing your cache and make sure you have a current link. It might have to do with something in your history or cache. Other options are your browser or security settings.

Did all that. 1st thing I thought of! It has something to do with that Enabling and Disabling Dynamic Content in the iis manager. I just cant figure out how to do that through Vista yet. I know, the website will show on everyone else computer, so hard to see what I am talking about.

You can't do anything in the IIS manager unless you have physical access to the web server. You will need the hosting company's assistance to access it.

Yes, I tried IE, FF, Safari (even from the wii), Chrome, Opra.

BTW, I called the hosting company (caugh, caugh-godaddy) and they were like, well it works from our end! I was like duh!! I told them it would, like 3 times!! They said, call the ISP. I said, I did and they said to call you.
