New DELL with 7 issue
How do I get rid of this in the bottom right corner? I can't drag it, click on it or anything.

From what I can see it looks like a prompt to create restoration media. Assuming it is, you may want to do just that. If not, does it show up in task manager under the application or process tab?

Yes it was in the task manager. Thank you big time. I would set that up but Dell is sending me out a brand new replacement for the brand new computer because as soon as I set it just out of the box it gives me a "System Fan Failure" alert before starting up the OS. I have to press F1 to continue.
Thank you for the help!
